Renewable Carbon Management, LLC sells and licenses the NaturTech Composting System for converting organic materials into value added commodities. We also provide strategic partnerships and operating expertise for the lowest cost and highest environmental performance available. We can design systems for processing organics customized to your budget and community standards. Our technologies manage organics from the municipal solid waste stream, agricultural residuals, food processing by-products, livestock manure, animal mortalities, and wastewater treatment biosolids (raw or digested). We can also create strategic partnerships and joint ventures to privatize the composting utility. Our mission is to help your community convert underutilized organic resources into economic development and sustainable community opportunities.

NaturTech® Composting System is a Containerized In-Vessel Composting process using modified 20' and 40' corrosion resistant Intermodal containers to convert organic resources into valuable compost products. Systems range in size from four up to one thousand tons per day. Our stackable digesters and biofilters can be located in the smallest possible area imaginable. A 400 ton per day facility, for example, can operate on as little as five acres, even close to residences and businesses. Choosing containerized composting eliminates corroding buildings, large concrete surfaces, and stormwater treatment basins. Enclosed composting keeps odorous process air from escaping to the atmosphere, leaving it concentrated for scrubbing in a biofilter.  Fully aerated systems with temperature control prevents fugitive methane and most volatile organic compound emissions, certified for carbon credits under the Kyoto greenhouse gas protocols.

Since our first installation in 1992, No NaturTech Composting facility has ever received a formal odor complaint!

Our Intermodal bio-containers are made with epoxy coated Cor-ten steel designed for fifteen years exposure to sea water.  With the replaceable wear liner option and regular maintenance, we believe that our bio-containers can last thirty years or more! We have been in the organic material management business since 1975.  Our operations experience ensures "operator-friendly" design features throughout.

Our approach to containerized composting and biofiltration is protected by US Patent #6,281,001with international patents and patents pending throughout the world.

Renewable Carbon Management LLC is a service provider and project management enterprise that provides organic material resource recovery management programs, licenses to patented technologies, and project development services promoting sustainable communities by providing technologies for local production of the.................

Four F’s” of Sustainability:

renewable Food

renewable Fertilizers

renewable Fiber

renewable Fuels

Sustainability starts with composting; keeping organics out of the landfills - managing agricultural residuals in a manner that eliminates pollution from fugitive methane, leachate and nitrates.

Sustainable communities begin the process of local self-reliance by first maximizing composting opportunities. We can help design a full organics management program for your community that includes home composting, grasscycling, degradable packaging, source-separated organics recovery, creative collection systems, wastewater biosolids recovery, co-composting, special-waste bioremediation, manure conversion, composting equipment, biofilters, training, project management, remote troubleshooting, financing, compost utilization, and compost marketing.

Renewable Carbon Management LLC and the NaturTech Composting System working together providing the equipment and project management services for affordable organics recovery solutions that integrate sustainable agriculture, carbon sequestering, global warming mitigation, pollution prevention, desertification control, and soil restoration.
